Washington Cucurto tiene seis hijos, una esposa, 180 discos de cumbia, una editorial de libros de cartón, una lista secreta de los hoteles más arrabaleros de Buenos Aires y una novia calentona, adolescente y socialista de la que está desesperadamente enamorado. Sus amigos son los habitantes from the slums of Buenos Aires, Wildlife and bailantas bars, but also include a beautiful European women, not counting some of the most famous Latin American writers.

From passion, impotence, commitment, neglect and betrayal is full of love. Each story draws together the sharp mapping lasting or fleeting love affairs that are enveloping the characters in a web of which they feel unable to flee or which are expelled with the coldness of a bullet.
